  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Terms: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £12.00 (Inc. VAT).
  • Times: Handling time is 0–1 business day; Transit time is 3–4 business days.
  • Liability: While we use trusted partners (Evri, FedEx, Royal Mail), delivery dates are estimates. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in New condition.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers pay the actual cost of return shipping for change-of-mind. We cover costs for defective items.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items (provided they are in new condition).

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Stairs Safety is not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse of our safety products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
