Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in New condition (unused, uninstalled, and unaltered).

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or an order number.

Return Procedure: How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@stairssafety.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Authorisation: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Labelling: For defective products, a prepaid return label will be provided (Free).

    • For change-of-mind, you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

  4. Mailing: Securely pack the item and mail it to the return address provided below.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours.

  • Cost: We cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

  • Required: Please attach clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging in your email.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you need a different size, colour, or a replacement for a damaged item, please contact us. The item must still be in "New" condition to qualify for a non-defective exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.

  • Items used or damaged by the customer.

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refund Procedure

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Note: It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
