  • Shipping Costs: A flat rate of £12.00 (Inc. VAT) is applied to all orders unless otherwise stated.
  • Total Cost: The total price you see at the final checkout page is the final amount you will pay. There are no hidden fees.

5. Refund Billing

  • Original Method: All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed by us within 2 business days. However, it may take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit in your account.
