2. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
  • VAT: All prices include VAT.
  • Shipping: A flat rate of £12.00 (Inc. VAT) applies to all UK orders.
  • Total Cost: The total shown on the final checkout page is the full amount you will pay. There are no hidden fees.

3. Payment Processing & Security

4. Billing Timeline

  • Immediate Billing: Your payment method is charged in full when you place your order.
  • Authorisation: Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment is successfully authorised.
  • Declined Payments: If a payment is declined, the order is automatically cancelled. Please contact your card issuer for details.

5. Refund Billing

  • Original Method: All refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. Please allow a further 5–10 business days for your bank to show the credit.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we may cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent and issue a full refund. We may request additional verification for high-value orders before dispatch.
