1. Shipping Overview

  • Where do you ship to? We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
  • Where do you ship from? All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Doncaster, England.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
  • Tax: All product prices and shipping costs are inclusive of VAT. (Shipping is  £12.00 Inc. VAT).

3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/UK bank holidays, will be processed the following business day.

4. Delivery Terms & Carriers

We employ trusted UK carriers to ensure your safety products arrive securely. Our primary partners include:

  • Evri
  • FedEx
  • Royal Mail

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
  • Restricted delivery zones may apply to oversized items; we will clearly display any such restrictions at checkout.

6. Managing Your Order

  • Change of Address: We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please verify your details at checkout.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once shipping has begun, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Parcel Damage: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritise getting a replacement or refund for you.
