1. Shipping Overview

Where we ship to: We ship within the United Kingdom only.
Where we ship from: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Doncaster, England.
Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
Tax: All product prices and shipping costs include VAT.

We offer one standard shipping method for all UK orders.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Cut-off: 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

We use trusted UK carriers to make sure your order arrives safely:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military (BFPO) addresses.
We do not offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.
If any delivery restriction applies to an oversized item, it will be shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

Change of Address: We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please check your details carefully at checkout.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as a priority.
